The firm was formed in 1990. Its predominant area of practice involves debtor-creditor issues with approximately 90 per cent of its cases being commercial collections. We serve substantial institutional creditors and currently receive cases forwarded by approximately one hundred collection agencies nationwide. 

The firm's principal attorney is Nathan Schwartz, a member of the Florida and District of Columbia Bars who has been practicing since 1985. Mr. Schwartz is a member of the Commercial Law League and serves as director of the Florida Creditor's Bar Association.

Our collection strategies are tailored to meet our clients' particular needs. Although we aggressively pursue litigation remedies, we engage in pre-suit activities including dunning letter(s) and telephone contact as dictated by our clients. We emphasize frequent client updates and pride ourselves on our accessibility to our clients. 

Our fee arrangements normally include a contingency (commission) basis and may include a nominal suit fee plus costs. 

Our area of coverage now includes the entire State of Florida for all cases over $5,000. Many claims below $5,000 are also handled throughout the state and we ask that you please contact us before forwarding.
